Coloring Tips
- Start coloring the wings: first use a dark base (such as dark purple or black), then use metallic colors (gold/silver) to outline the wing membrane texture to create a Gothic and gorgeous feel.
- Use gradient techniques to process scales: select 3 similar colors (such as dark red-dark red-black), and transition from dark to light from the back to the abdomen.
- Stone pillar coloring techniques: first use gray as the base, and then use white dry brushing techniques to highlight the rough texture of the stone pillar.
- Focus on the dragon’s eyes: use fluorescent colors (such as bright yellow or fluorescent green) to dot the pupils, and use dark colors to smudge around them to create a glowing effect.
- Claw processing: use ivory white at the tip, transition to bone yellow at the root, and finally use brown to lightly brush out the old feeling.
